As Creative Director of Adobe.com, I had the opportunity to work on an 18,000 page site & weekly publication. The department grew from 5 to 31 people, of which 6 were direct reports, over the course of 2.5 years. Projects included creation & direction:
. around 80 covers for the site
. a global update of navigation look & feel
. retrofitting electronic commerce to the existing site
. a demographically sorted ‘Solutions' area
. a redesign of the Customer Support area
. a new type area taxonomy enabling viewing, purchasing & direct downloads of Adobe's 3,500 typefaces

While Creative Director at Eagle River Interactive, our sites & CD—Rom presentation tools won Icon awards & Dave Seigals' High—five award for Pioneer-electronics.com. I grew the team from 1 to 8 direct reports. Direction, creation & sales. Clients included:
